2 What operating system are you running? If you're running XP, and if you haven't backed up your important data, you may be able to do a repair. 3 device managers are a good bet. I've had that problem in both XP and 98, and both times it did what you said. Use Microsoft's troubleshooter. It will give you a way to step through it systematically. I have it at home, or I'd email it to you now
