I've had this damn exercise ball in my living room for the past couple months ... just sitting there taunting me and poking fun at my out-of-shape-ness (itÂ’s a mean little bastard like that). So I've finally had enough. No, I've not decided to work out with it (I'm lazy here, remember?). My incredibly poor posture in my desk chair led me this morning to sitting on the exercise ball as I work on the computer. Hopefully it will keep me from being so slouchy. As a bonus, its fun too! Means I don't have to sit still - I hate sitting still.
